Shipping Policy

Shipping area: we ship to Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco

Shipping cost:free shipping in Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco, on every order.

 

Origin: our products are shipped directly by our suppliers from abroad, mostly from China.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: 7–15 business days after processing. These times are estimates and may vary, for example during holidays or customs checks.

Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Import charges: as parcels come from abroad, import charges may exceptionally be collected by the carrier upon delivery. These are borne by the customer.

Late or lost parcels: if your order has not been delivered within 30 days after the maximum delivery time stated above, contact us. You may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
