Return & refund policy

30-day returns for all customers: you can return an item within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Customers in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco: you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, described in section 7 of our terms and conditions of sale. Our 30-day return period is longer and does not restrict this right.

How to return: email shopsixshop@outlook.com with your order number, or send us the model withdrawal form below. We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address. Please send the item back within 14 days after contacting us.

Condition of items: please return items complete and, if possible, in their original packaging. If an item shows handling beyond what is needed to try it out, we may reduce the refund by the resulting loss in value.

Hygiene: for hygiene reasons, hair accessories supplied in sealed packaging cannot be returned once unsealed, unless they are defective.

Return shipping: return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for defective, damaged or wrong items.

Defective, damaged or wrong items: email us a photo as soon as you notice the problem. We send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you, usually without you needing to send the item back. The legal guarantee lasts two years from delivery.

Refunds: we refund the full price paid, including any original delivery costs, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return request. We may wait until we have received the item or proof that you have sent it.

Gift cards: gift cards cannot be returned.
